Our first publication!

Big thanks to Glenda MacFarlane and Gord Shillingford at Scirocco Drama for their support and dedication in getting Sean Devine’s Re:Union to print. The book will be on shelves in September, and Sean will be in Toronto October 21 to read from the script as part of Scirocco’s Fall 2013 series release. We’re pretty excited here at HHG, and hopefully we’ll organize some kind of release party. Stay tuned!

It’s (almost) official…Re:Union is going to Seattle

As you may have heard, we’ve got some exciting plans coming up for 2013/14, incuding an international tour of our 2011 hit Re:Union. First off, we’re taking it to Seattle, in partnership with ACT Theatre and New Century Theatre Company. So check out this page from ACT Theatre. Tickets go on sale October 2. It’s official. Now we just need to hear about our funding.

The Forgiveness Project @ Gallery Gachet

HHG Theatre is very excited to announce that The Forgiveness Project, one of our upcoming new productions set to premiere in Spring 2014, will be produced at Gallery Gachet, which is “a unique artist-run centre located in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. HHG Theatre in the U.S. Pacific Northwest

Well, we certainly did not waste a penny of our recent Canada Council Audience & Market Development Travel Grant. This past June 10 – 11, we made our final trip for this project, this time to Seattle and to Portland.
